2019 North Region Senior Leader Lab/POWER Camp and Officer Elections

Workshops & Objectives of the 4-H Leader Lab/POWER Camp:

• Develop self-confidence through leadership.
• Strengthen local 4-H units by becoming involved in leadership responsibilities and encouraging other youth to do so.
• Develop positive character traits, sportsmanship, decision making capability, and public speaking skills through participation in 4-H activities.
• Workshop sessions will be on Wiring, Safety (everyone makes an extension cord), and leadership workshopsDistrict Council officers for both District 1 and District 2 will be elected at the North Region 4-H Senior Leader Lab-POWER Camp.  District Council applicants must register and attend to be eligible to run for an office.

  Everyone attending the North Region 4-H Senior Leader Lab-POWER Camp will be responsible for their own transportation to High Plains Retreat Center in Amarillo, TX.

• AUTHORIZATION FOR MEDICAL CARE/MEDICAL INFORMATION/CODE OF CONDUCT: These forms are required to be completed and turned in at the time of arrival:
  1. Code of Conduct Consequences of Misbehavior
  2. Medical Treatment Authorization/Waiver Release
  3. Medical Information Form
  4. Media & Photo Release
  5. High Plains Retreat Center Indemnity Form
